This resource provides guidance for utilities and states that regulate them on providing whole-building energy data for benchmarking in ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager®. In many parts of the country, whole-building energy data is not readily available to multifamily building owners, making it difficult if not impossible for them to track or report whole-building energy use.
