Training Opportunities

Energy efficiency program sponsors can use ENERGY STAR webinars to familiarize program staff and account managers with tools and resources, educate customers on best practices for energy management, and train trade allies to effectively deliver energy efficiency programs to customers.

  • Take advantage of live and pre-recorded webinars, which cover benchmarking, energy management best practices, and more. Use these webinars to equip program staff to better assist customers, or to train customers directly.
  • Review the “train-the-trainer” resources that ENERGY STAR has made available, and consider using these materials in your own customer training.

To access more of our training resources, please visit the Commercial Buildings Training section.
