Commercial Steam Cooker Component Inspection
In consultation with stakeholders, EPA developed an option for verifying ENERGY STAR commercial steam cookers via component inspection. This process was finalized on December 18, 2017 with the release of Directive 2017-01: Component Inspection of ENERGY STAR® Certified Steam Cookers. Materials related to the exploration and development of this verification option are provided below.
