Touchstone IQ is an energy management solutions provider. Touchstone IQ supported the benchmarking of nearly 570 properties in ENERGY STAR® Portfolio Manager®. Key 2023 accomplishments include:

  • Facilitating 60,000 benchmarking data submissions for nearly 20 local and state government clients.
  • Operating help centers for nine state and local government entities, enabling support for nearly 15,000 buildings required to benchmark and report energy use.
  • Co-presenting with the ENERGY STAR team at BOMA International and the International Facilities Management Association World Workplace on building performance standards.
In 2020 ENERGY STAR and its partners helped Americans avoid more than $40 Billion in energy costs
