Rockhill Management is a property management company. Rockhill leveraged ENERGY STAR® tools and resources throughout its energy management program and demonstrated thought leadership through its innovative campaigns and initiatives. Key 2023 accomplishments include:

  • Achieving ENERGY STAR certification for 17 properties.
  • Benchmarking 100% of its portfolio for energy, water, and waste.
  • Increasing its average portfolio-wide ENERGY STAR score from 80 in 2022 to 84 in 2023.
  • Leveraging ENERGY STAR throughout its Sustainable Foundations checklist, which outlines energy efficiency projects and strategies ranging from lighting retrofits to significant repairs and capital projects and includes a climate risk assessment for each property.
  • Developing and implementing a campaign to raise awareness and create a shared understanding of its energy management program. The campaign featured Rockhill’s Property Playoffs, a friendly energy reduction competition among Rockhill-managed properties to create momentum and energize stakeholders to achieve Rockhill’s energy reduction targets.
In 2020 ENERGY STAR and its partners helped Americans avoid more than $40 Billion in energy costs
