  • Benchmarking 100% of its sustainability services clients in Portfolio Manager.
  • Increasing uploads of client data in Portfolio Manager, enabling more than 920,000 kWh in electricity savings and 147,900,000 gallons of water savings.
  • Increasing output from its Smart Waste program by 630% in 2023, with 8,682 tons of new recycled material, and preventing 38,121 tons of CO2e emissions.
  • Assisting nearly 600 properties in attaining an ENERGY STAR score of 75 or greater.
