  • Linking executive compensation to earning ENERGY STAR certification.
  • Including provisions in new leases that enable buildings to receive ENERGY STAR scores.
  • Using ENERGY STAR resources such as the Earth Day Partner Toolkit at 100 locations to educate staff, tenants, and visitors about the benefits of saving energy.
