MaGrann Associates, a home energy rating company, certified nearly 1,700 homes as ENERGY STAR® in 2023, a 50% increase from 2022, for a total of more than 57,000 homes since 1997. Key 2023 accomplishments include:

  • Assisting ENERGY STAR builder partners in leveraging more than $2.5 million in incentives and recruiting 13 new builders into the ENERGY STAR program, resulting in hundreds of additional ENERGY STAR certified homes and apartments.
  • Refining its proprietary tablet application for ENERGY STAR fieldwork verification to enhance remote quality assurance practices and enhancing specific features for Multifamily New Construction, such as project photos and geotagged reports.
  • Highlighting the ENERGY STAR partnership as a core aspect of its corporate identity and promoting the program to all potential new clients.
  • Consulting with clients pursuing all-electric construction to ensure that they continue to meet ENERGY STAR program requirements.
In 2020 ENERGY STAR and its partners helped Americans avoid more than $40 Billion in energy costs
