Link Logistics Real Estate is an owner-operated firm of supply chain real estate. Link Logistics continued to use ENERGY STAR® tools and resources to improve energy efficiency across its portfolio and set strong goals for carbon reduction. Key 2023 accomplishments include:

  • Building a service platform based on ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager that aligns financial and environmental interests through the management and reduction of utility costs and carbon emissions for its tenants.
  • Certifying 51 properties as ENERGY STAR for top energy performance.
  • Doubling the number of its properties benchmarking in ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager® by creating a new business model to manage tenants’ utility accounts, implement efficiency upgrades, and share utility-savings with tenants.
  • Implementing LED lighting retrofits in 42% of its portfolio, covering more than 23.5 million square feet of space, and cool roof technology across 84 properties.
  • Installing 24 MW of new on-site solar for a total of 82 MW across its portfolio.
  • Requiring all new building designs to use ENERGY STAR Target Finder.
In 2020 ENERGY STAR and its partners helped Americans avoid more than $40 Billion in energy costs
