JLL is a professional services and investment management firm. JLL has continued to leverage ENERGY STAR® resources to drive energy savings within its managed properties and provide leadership in energy management and decarbonization to the industry. Key 2023 accomplishments include:

• Achieving ENERGY STAR certification for 132 managed properties.
• Achieving $256 million in accumulated client savings through the execution of more than 3,000 energy conservation projects.
• Forming a global Intelligent Operations Center, which consists of building controls, building systems, fault detection, and diagnostic experts to repair inefficiencies and improve building operations for more than 2,000 client buildings on a real-time basis.
• Improving the process of pushing data from JLL’s internal platform, Carbon Pathfinder, to ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager® to help clients quickly start decarbonization planning. Currently, there are 64 sites, totaling nearly 17 million square feet, on Carbon Pathfinder that are leveraging the integration.
• Developing a multichannel communication strategy to promote ENERGY STAR across diverse audiences.
