  • Achieving ENERGY STAR certification for 48 properties.
  • Benchmarking 100% of its portfolio in ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager®.
  • Avoiding more than $4.8 million in utility costs through its energy efficiency projects and scheduling an additional 400 energy efficiency measures for implementation over the next 2 years.
