Commercial Ovens Specification Version 2.0
The ENERGY STAR Version 2.0 specification for commercial ovens was finalized on April 1, 2013, and will take effect on January 1, 2014. Materials related to this revision process are provided below. On May 7, 2012, EPA held a stakeholder meeting at the NRA Show in Chicago, IL to discuss the Draft 1 ENERGY STAR Version 2.0 Commercial Oven specification. Meeting slides are provided below.

EPA encourages commercial oven manufacturers to submit performance data on combination ovens by January 20, 2012 to commercialovens@energystar.gov utilizing the provided data template. This data will help in evaluating the possible expansion of the program to this product area.
