On March 11, 2002 EPA provided stakeholders with a clarification to the ENERGY STAR Boiler specification that provides further guidance on qualifying combination appliances. This clarification became effective on March 11, 2002. At this time EPA also transitioned boiler partners to the new ENERGY STAR Partnership Agreement.
