Standard Open Deep–Fat Electric Fryers
Heavy–Load Cooking Energy Efficiency	≥ 83%
Idle Energy Rate	≤ 800 watts

Large Vat Open Deep–Fat Electric Fryers
Heavy–Load Cooking Energy Efficiency	≥ 80%
Idle Energy Rate	≤ 1,100 watts
