PECO’s campaign for the Low Income Energy Efficiency Program (LEEP), “Free Energy Checkup” launched on February 1, 2017. The Free Energy Checkup offers customers who income qualify a free walk-through and inspection of their home, as well as the immediate installation of free energy saving items such as LED light bulbs, smart power strips, and low-flow showerheads.
