Resources for Utility Sponsors

As ENERGY STAR Residential New Construction program partners, utility sponsors have access to numerous free resources to help them design and implement successful programs. General resources are also available at www.energystar.gov/newhomespartners.

Program Design and Implementation Resources:

  • Nationwide Incentives: List of incentives currently offered by ENERGY STAR program sponsors. Incentives are available in many states throughout the country for building ENERGY STAR certified homes and apartments. These range from monetary incentives to training, technical assistance, and marketing support.
