Buildings that earn the ENERGY STAR through EPA’s ENERGY STAR Multifamily New Construction Program can promote their commitment to energy efficiency to residents, employees, and the community. Program participants are eligible to order an aluminum building plaque to promote the building’s energy-efficient construction.
