2022 Unit Shipment Data Collection Forms

For CY2022, US EPA will be collecting data for ENERGY STAR shipments through ICF using Jotforms – an online data collection form. The links below will take you outside the EPA network to ensure the data can be submitted to and aggregated by ICF. These online submission forms replace the traditional excel-based forms from previous years. Options for submitting through trade associations are provided on forms where applicable.
