To apply for partnership as an ENERGY STAR Architect/Home Plan Designer, prepare by doing the following:

Review ENERGY STAR's commitments, terms and disclaimers - Review the General terms and commitments made between ENERGY STAR and Partners associated with this Partnership Agreement.

Determine a Signatory - Ensure that your organization has the contact information for a signatory or company representative authorized to bind your organization to the terms of this Agreement.

Gather information - Ensure that you have all the necessary information to fill out the Agreement. You must provide the following information to complete your application:

• Home Energy Rater - you must select a qualified Home Energy Rater that will ensure the homes that you design will meet ENERGY STAR guidelines.
• Organization Information - includes name, physical address, web site, primary phone and FAX.
• Contacts - one or more contacts for your organization; includes name, role in organization, mailing address, email and primary phone.
