2012 | The Entergy Arkansas New Homes Program awards financial incentives to homebuilders for constructing high efficiency homes. This program broadens in 2014 with two types of incentives plus a bonus for additional savings. * The prescriptive incentive is for installation of set measures such as: ENERGY STAR HVAC, ENERGY STAR Lighting package, or an ENERGY STAR Fenestration package. These incentives do not require a HERS rating. * The Whole House incentive is 40cents/kWh paid for savings achieved above the Arkansas Energy Code baseline. Savings are verified by a HERS rating. Bonus are paid for achieving additional savings or ENERGY STAR. |
