Small commercial businesses whose buildings meet the U.S. Green Building Councils Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification or equivalent qualify for the discounted rate. Qualifying customers pay $.05 per therm less than under otherwise applicable Rate 101 and 125 . |
