As an ENERGY STAR partner and an ENERGY STAR labeled building since 2005, we have followed ENERGY STAR Guidelines for Energy Management throughout the design and purchasing decisions for these major capital projects. Using data compiled through EPA's Portfolio Manager, Wells Fargo?s Mechanical engineer of record Amit Wadhwa and Sr. Chief Engineer John Rogan help ensure that these improvements maximize the use of energy resources.
