This beautiful building which recently won the BOMA International Building of the Year Award has taken many steps to increase the energy efficiency of the building. Management implemented a complete retrofit of all interior and exterior lighting and installed extensive control systems for heating and cooling. ENERGY STAR's program helped guide us toward our lower energy bills.
