Key Center is a Class-A facility located in the heart of downtown Cleveland, Ohio. It is owned by Columbia Property Trust and is managed by Jacobs Real Estate Services LLC. Construction of Key Center was completed in 1991.  The main 62-story office tower is the tallest building between New York and Chicago.

Energy consumption is actively monitored and scrutinized. The recent addition of the Honeywell E.M.O.N. system allows professional staff to better interpret specific consumption data, allowing for more accurate corrections and improvements to the various systems.

Key Center implemented a solid waste management policy to evaluate the building's waste stream.  65 percent of outgoing consumables are recycled.  This percentage is increasing steadily as the facility adopts a new single stream recycling program.

Key Center recognizes the benefits of clean air for occupant health and comfort.  All HVAC systems are thoroughly inspected and maintained.  High efficiency MERV 13 filters are used.  A comprehensive air and water monitoring program is in place to ensure an excellent environment for all occupants.
