Built in 2002, Ballantyne Three is a five-story, Class A commercial office building located in the thriving Ballantyne area, just south of downtown Charlotte, North Carolina. Ballantyne Three is just one of many buildings located in Ballantyne Corporate Park, which was recently declared the International Office Park of the Year by the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International.
