As a member of the U.S. Green Building Council and EPA's ENERGY STAR? program, Highwoods Properties is committed to reducing the consumption of valuable natural resources in all of our operations. We are focused on developing and operating more energy-efficient buildings throughout our portfolio and, when warranted, applying for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification and the ENERGY STAR label. A few examples of recent energy-saving improvements include lighting upgrades (more energy-efficient bulbs and ballasts), selective use of motion-detected lighting, and installing variable-speed HVAC drives.

This prime office and retail location is centrally located to downtown, banks, restaurants, and shopping. The modern design is further enhanced by its superior exposure to I-40 Business, Stratford Road, and Knollwood Road.

Sustainability features include bike storage, an energy management system, hands-free restroom fixtures, high-efficiency HVAC chiller, high-efficiency lighting, monitored ventilation, occupany sensors, structured parking, water conservation fixtures, 50 percent parking under cover, and public transit access.
