444 North Wells is managed and leased by Urban Innovations (UI), a fully integrated real estate investment firm. Built in 1903, this classic loft building offers tenant-controlled HVAC, operable windows, advanced telecommunications and Internet systems, additional storage spaces, and a roof deck. This all-electric building features individually sub-metered tenant spaces, occupancy sensors on new lighting fixtures in bathrooms and corridors, and is undergoing a phased upgrade to the HVAC system.
Urban Innovations also encourages tenants to incorporate sustainable practices into their business operations.
