Four Parkway North, located at Parkway North Center, is a five-story office building built in 1999 and consisting of 171,000 rentable square feet. The building's two-story lobby features marble walls and marble and terrazzo floors with a facade of glass and pre-cast concrete. This building overlooks a formal garden with an illuminated, two-tiered fountain surrounded by a magnificently landscaped courtyard.
Four Parkway North earned the ENERGY STAR for superior energy performance as a result of a building design that uses several rooftop units, which enable increased flexibility for satisfying varying load requirements.
