Leased and managed by Colliers Keenan Inc, 1441 Main Street in Columbia, SC, has received the ENERGY STAR from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).  The 16 story, 270,000 square foot Class A office building is one of only two office buildings in South Carolina with this prestigious ranking.

The original developer of 1441 Main Street was forward thinking in that the building was designed to have minimal impact on the environment and have operating costs significantly lower than competing properties.  Through recent upgrades to the building including new cooling towers and variable air volume ("VAV") units, the building was able to reach ENERGY STAR levels of performance.
