Designed by Jon Pickard Architects, 24^th at Camelback is clad in green glass and Rosa Beta granite; inside, the property is distinguished by a striking circular lobby, which is finished in Fiore del Pesco marble and birds-eye maple, and has connecting dual elevator cores. Specific tenant amenities include dramatic mountain views, a 1,200-space parking garage, and a landscaped urban garden, which emphasizes native desert species.

24^th at Camelback earned the ENERGY STAR for superior energy performance as a result of energy-efficient equipment and design, as well as building management strategies based on rigorous consumption tracking and scheduling. On the HVAC side (crucial given Phoenix's scorching desert summers), 24^th at Camelback uses water-side economizers on all A/C units to reduce energy consumption; low-E glass helps to minimize thermal heat gain.
