optimum energy efficiency and tenant comfort
- Night cleaning crew switches lights off after cleaning
SCE Demand Response
- During peak hours of energy demand/high temps we shed building
electricity load (minimum demand respond 200 kw)
- Receive rebates from SCE
- Memos to tenants - close blinds, turn off unnecessary equipment
Xeroscape Landscaping
- Drought tolerant plant help to conserve water
- Trees are strategically placed around perimeters of the building
to help reduce heat loads
