Colorado Center is a 15-acre, Class-A project containing six low-rise buildings. On-site amenities include: 3.5-acre park with tennis & basketball courts, reflecting pool and playground, full-service gym that includes racquetball/squash courts and indoor lap pool, full-service bank and ATM, Deli, café, coffee shop and formal restaurant, Palm Court Plaza with lounge area, television and ample seating, professional child care, car wash and detail service, sundries shop, 24-hour security, subterranean parking garage with valet service for visitors, and landscaping by renowned landscape. Encompassing an entire city block, Colorado Center is bordered by Colorado Avenue, Broadway, Cloverfield Boulevard and 26th Street in Santa Monica.
