600 Las Colinas was built in 1984. The 22-story Class-A office tower has a five level parking garage along with a sweeping view of the Las Colinas Urban Center and Lake Carolyn. An analysis of the parking garage lighting is currently underway for a retrofit. The office interior lights are being replaced with energy efficient T-8 bulbs. The cooling tower was replaced in 2013. Two of the building’s chillers are going through a 10-year overhaul in 2014.
