8757 Georgia Avenue is a redevelopment Class "A" commercial office building located near the Metro transit line, in the heart of Silver Spring's "New Downtown." The building houses 243,852 square feet of office space on 11 floors. Each floor enjoys high-quality views, with windows located across approximately 90 percent of the perimeter.

 

The building was constructed in 1970 and completely renovated in 2001, when it was stripped down to the concrete and all major building systems were replaced. The building now contains all-new building systems and finishes. With the exception of the existing superstructure, the building is essentially brand new.
