• Energy Saving retrofit to the parking garage and loading bay lighting(315,196 annual KWHR saved)

1. 1. Replacing 300- 175 watt Metal Halide Fixtures with 4 lamp 17 Watt Fluorescent Electronic fixtures.
   2. Replacing 209- 70 Watt Metal Halide Fixtures with 2 light 32 Watt Fluorescent Electronic fixtures.
   3. Replacing 30- 100 Watt metal Halide Fixtures with 42 watt spiral Fluorescent Electronic lamps.

• Other lighting retrofits include replacement of 124- 50 Watt MR-16 lamps with 6 watt LED lamps for restrooms and lobbies.

1. 1. Relamping all 32 watt fluorescent with lower wattage 25 watt lamps.
   2. Adding additional timers to control the lobby lighting.
   3. Adding occupancy sensors to the loading dock bays.
   4. Removing Saturday HVAC hours for tenants and requiring them to request as needed only.
   5. Extending the economizer set points +2 degrees to hold off mechanical cooling.
   6. Adding automated maintenance task to review and audit hours of HVAC operation every week.
   7. Reducing scheduled hours for garage lighting by 1 hour per day.
