Owned by TIAA and managed by Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc., this impressive building is centrally located at 801 Brickell Avenue in Miami's premier central business district and only moments away from Bayside Marketplace, Coral Gables, downtown Miami, and Miami Beach.

An emphasis on energy management and sustainability is standard practice at 801 Brickell. The on-site management team continually applies no- and low-cost energy efficiency measures, including optimizing equipment operating schedules, using an HVAC preventative maintenance program, engaging janitorial and security staff in turning off unneeded lights, providing Saturday HVAC upon tenant request only, and minimizing energy use in construction spaces.
