was developed by Cousins Properties Incorporated and designed by
renowned Duda-Paine Architects.
The Terminus 200 building was opened in 2009. The building
was developed keeping ENERGY STAR as well as LEED C&S Gold
Certification standards in mind during construction. The high
energy efficiency performance levels were met with commissioning
and energy efficient systems. Some of the high-efficiency systems
installed in the building include a computerized energy management
system controlling HVAC and lighting throughout the building, use
of LED and high efficient lighting technology, and
self-contained HVAC units with variable volume air control
designed to ASHRAE standards.
