part of a $600 million mixed-use, multi-phased project set on 10
prime acres at the intersection of Buckhead's most prominent and
recognizable thoroughfares--Peachtree and Piedmont--and was
developed by Cousins Properties Incorporated and designed by
renowned Duda-Paine Architects.
The building was
erected in 2007 and ENERGY STAR performance levels were met by the
original design. We thank Bob Spruell, SMA, Chief Engineer, who
oversaw the building from ground up and is credited with pursuing
this achievement.
