Built in 1991 and managed by The Rosenblum Companies, 100 Great Oaks is located within one of our two energy-efficient office parks in Albany, NY. Our focus on preventative maintenance and reinvesting in our buildings allows us to provide our tenants with high-quality office space in a naturally rich, park-like setting. As part of our company mission, we are proud to use the latest sustainable products and practices as part of all our renovations, tenant fit-ups or building upgrades, and we strive to find synergies and partnerships with responsible vendors / community leaders.

Some of our recent building improvement projects include:

A lighting retrofit project with in partnerhsip with NYSERDA in all three office park involving the replacement of older T8 flourecent light fixtures with high efficiency parabolic RT8's has cut our electric consumption down 30% in recent years.
Porous pavement parking lots.
High-efficiency exterior LED lighting retrofit
Low-flow plumbing fixtures
New electric vehicle charging stations - free for tenant use at both our office parks
Reduced use of pesticides in our landscaping.
Recycling of used carpet tile whenever possible during tenant buildouts. This alone helps us save thousands of pounds of landfill waste each year.
Exclusively use "green" cleaning products in our nightly janitorial services
Roof replacement throughout Great Oaks Office Park using TPO "Gray" roof systems that will help us acheive greater efficiency during hot and cold seasons.
We maintain and care for several "old growth" oak trees in our office park and we're currently working with the Pine Bush Preserve to introduce a native landscaping project in support of our region's threatened habitat.

This ENERGY STAR certification is our first attempt to back our sustainability efforts with a proven, nationally-recognizned program. We are proud to maintian the highest-scoring ENERGY STAR certified building in our region!
