Concord Corporate Centre Two is part of a Class A, twin tower office project located on a full city block between Willow Pass Road, Diamond Way, Clayton West Road, and Franquette Avenue, one block east of Interstate 680, in the City of Concord, CA. The 7-story One Corporate Centre was built in 1984 and the adjoining 10-story Two Corporate Centre was built in 1987. The project consists of two freestanding, multi-tenant office buildings totaling 332,540 rentable square feet as-leased and 365,603 rentable square feet re-measured per the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) 1996 standards with parking for 1,156 vehicles. The property is currently 90 percent leased and occupied.
