Located in San Diego, California, Hazard Center Office Tower is a 15-story, Class A office tower totaling more than 268,600 rentable square feet located in Hazard Center. Principal Real Estate Investors, the asset manager and fiduciary, works with PMRG, the local property manager, to practice responsible property investment at Hazard Center.

Built in 1990, Hazard Center Office Tower received LEED Gold certification by the U.S. Green Building Council and has been an ENERGY STAR certified building since 2003. Lighting improvements and load reductions are implemented to save energy at the facility. In addition to participation with the ENERGY STAR program, Hazard Center Office Tower was the recipient of the prestigious Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International Office Building of the Year (TOBY) Award based on its excellence in Tenant Relations, Community Impact, Energy Management Systems & Procedures, Environmental & Regulatory Procedures, Emergency Preparedness & Security Standards, and training of Building Personnel. The building is also recognized as a BOMA STAR and has received its BOMA 360 designation from BOMA International.
