1960 Grand is a 12-story, Class A office building containing 255,390 SF on a 5.3 acre site, located in the heart of El Segundo, California. The building has a newly renovated contemporary lobby and is currently undergoing extensive landscape renovations utilizing drought-friendly California bred plants and trees. The building has a mirrored-glass exterior on a colonnaded base that creates a two-story arcade at ground level. The building site is adjacent to a highly-landscaped park which has a water-fall and a koi pond.

TA Realty Associates acquired 1960 Grand in 2011 at which time Davis Partners took over daily management of the premises and has since received the ENERGY STAR certificate every year; 2011(89), 2012(86), 2013(88) and 2014(89). Since its original benchmarking, electrical consumption has been reduced by 25 percent and natural gas usage by 70 percent.
