Courvoisier Center II is a twelve-story, 241,680 square foot Class-A office building with an adjacent five-story parking garage. Courvoisier Center II and the adjacent parking garage were both completed in 1990.
Located on the exclusive Brickell Key Island in Biscayne Bay, 400 feet off the coast of Downtown Miami, Courvoisier Center II is one of the only two office spaces on the island.
Courvoisier Center II is not just an office space; it is a part of the community. We have adopted a focus on maintaining and operating the facility in a sustainable, energy efficient manner consistent with ENERGY STAR and other green building initiatives. Since 2008, Courvoisier Center II has earned the coveted ENERGY STAR.
Creating a sustainable environment for tenants is our focus. The goal is to be healthier and safer for occupants; conserve energy, water and other resources; and lower operating costs.
This goal has been accomplished by installing an energy efficient white roof; installing low wattage fluorescent lighting and LED lighting where applicable; installing sensor-operated low flow plumbing fixtures throughout the facility; installing lighting sensors, LED lighting, and daylight dimming controls in the parking areas; installing a state-of-the art elevator system; installing two new 370-ton energy efficient water-cooled centrifugal chillers; and maintaining indoor air quality conditions as specified by the American Society of Heating Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineers (the premier air quality organization).
Courvoisier Center II will continue to implement best-in-class building strategies, as new and innovative ideas are developed to upgrade, maintain, and operate facilities.
