816 Congress is a twenty-story, more than 470,000-square-foot office building owned and managed by Cousins Properties Incorporated (CPI). The building was constructed in 1983 and renovated significantly in 1994. Its exterior is constructed from native granite, and its plaza entrance features water-efficient landscaping. The building offers a terrace and interior lounge, banking services, a deli and coffee service, nearly 500 covered parking spaces, a conference center, a mailroom, and a fitness center with showers and dressing areas.
