The Landmark @ Shoreline is a 248,910-square-foot campus located in the prestigious Shoreline area adjacent to Highways 101 and 85 and surrounded by Google's headquarters. Built in 1980 with two buildings added in 1984, the property is owned by Broadreach Capital Partners and features nine office buildings. These unique buildings are 2-story wood frame tilt-up designs with open atriums, which are filled with beautiful interior landscaping and illuminated by natural light from the dramatic skylights. The buildings feature excellent window lines with operable windows, exposed ceilings, and dramatic architecture.


Extensive interior and exterior renovations took place in 2008, including installing drought resistant landscaping; upgrading the interior atrium lighting with energy-efficient fixtures; replacing T12 light fixtures with T8 light fixtures; retrofitting 400wHPS drop lights with 200w compact fluorescent bulbs and ballasts; retrofitting all building exit signs with LED illumination; rescheduling of the chiller and lighting operations; and upgrading the metasys system.


On-site amenities include a caf?, Wi-Fi at the caf? courtyard, FedEx drop box, shower/locker room facilities, basketball hoop, and an executive conference center. The property is next to trails for biking, running, and walking; near amenities; and 10 minutes from downtown Mountain View. A nearby shuttle offers service to CalTrain.


When the Landmark @ Shoreline was benchmarked in EPA's Portfolio Manager in 2009, it received an initial energy performance rating of 93, demonstrating the team's commitment to superior energy performance.
