This building, located in Folsom, California, USA is a 3-story commercial office building whose tenants include, two major engineering firms, two attorney firms, a payroll services provider, and a technology company.  The building was constructed in 2003 by The Evergreen Company in what is known as Folsom Corporate Center. It is currently owned by Folsom Corporate Center Investors, and managed by both UBS Realty Investors and Evergreen Management Company.

While working with the local utility company, Sacramento Municipal Utility District (SMUD) and their Retrocommissioning (RCx) Program, we found that this building did not qualify because it was already operating in an energy efficient manner. At the time of the RCx, the ENERGY STAR rating was 82. By the time we got through the paperwork and made some minor adjustments, our rating changed to 87.


Each tenant was notified that, with their help, the building achieved the ENERGY STAR rating. In addition, without the stellar performance of  Airco Commercial Services and their expertise in controls management, the building would not have been able to perform at its peak.


This building is one of the premier buildings in Folsom, located along US Highway 50, with incredible visibility. Reducing energy costs is a continuous effort on every one's part. Now that the building has achieved the ENERGY STAR rating for this year, we are looking forward to continuing the effort and make 2365 Iron Point Road THE place to conduct business.
