The Johnson Controls, Inc. performance contract installed the following energy efficient and cost effective equipment which includes: a building energy management system upgrade, T-8 lighting fixtures, high efficiency motors, conversion to a variable air volume system, and variable frequency drives. Some of the advantages of the building management system are providing the operators of the Bank with critical information to increase tenant comfort. It is also providing a wealth of trend graphs, history logs and schedules at the touch of a button.
Emigrant Savings Bank is extremely pleased with its improved energy performance, lower utility bills and the distinction as an ENERGY STAR Building.
