For example, the property was built with an energy efficient under-floor climate control system that provides precision temperature control at individual workstations, thereby helping to ensure optimum tenant comfort without unnecessary climate control operation. In 2012, variable frequency drives (VFDs) were installed on all rooftop units, further reducing energy consumption.
