cost-effective improvements, including the installation of a new
environmental management system to control heating, cooling and
lighting schedules. Additionally, a reflective membrane was
installed on the building?s roof to reduce radiant heat, and
halogen light fixtures were replaced with high-efficiency LED and
fluorescent lighting. These measures have helped DPS reduce energy
usage by 22 percent in
