Colorado Center is a 15-acre, Class-A project containing six low-rise buildings. On-site amenities include: 3.5-acre park with tennis & basketball courts, reflecting pool and playground, full-service gym that includes racquetball/squash courts and indoor lap pool, full-service bank and ATM, Deli, café, coffee shop and formal restaurant, Palm Court Plaza with lounge area, television and ample seating, professional child care, car wash and detail service, sundries shop, 24-hour security, and a subterranean parking garage with valet service for visitors. Encompassing an entire city block, Colorado Center is bordered by Colorado Avenue, Broadway, Cloverfield Boulevard and 26th Street in Santa Monica.

Lighting Retrofit: 2,900 parking structure lamps were retrofitted from T12 light fixtures to T8 light fixtures in 2012. All lamps were converted from magnetic to electronic ballasts, creating a savings of 12W per fixture. There has been an estimated annual energy cost savings of $32,000, with a return on investment of 14 months.
Enernoc: A third-party energy management system measures demand response and provides 24/7 monitoring of the building’s energy consumption.
